the building owes much to Piet Mondrain, the avant-garde proponent of the Dutch abstract-art movement. Mondrian used the simplest combinations of straight lines, right angles, and black, white, grey and primary colours, which are exemplified in the design and decor of The Art, especially the exterior and the designer atrium, lobby and coffee shop. The Art already has the EIA in place and is expected to take 18 months to build. It will have sea-views on two sides.
