This friendly villa is part of a resort for nature lovers and golfers.

Located directly at the southeast end of Phoenix Golf Course, the property pictured is one of eight homes in a complex with a large pool (with Jaccuzzi) and lush lawns and plenty of lounge chairs to enjoy the tropical lifestyle.

You enter a bright and friendly living and dining area with the modern and well-equipped kitchen with oven, ceramic hob, microwave, two sinks and all appliances down to the teaspoon.

The 2-storey house offers 4 bedrooms, one of which is currently used as an office.
One bedroom is on the ground floor.

The 2 bathrooms are nice and modern.

The property is fully furnished and equipped. It offers 5 air conditioners, two state-of-the-art Smart TVs and much more.

In 2022, the house was extensively modernized: all the furniture and mattresses, the smart TVs, the refrigerator and other items were bought new.
